Hello I have a 2003 lincoln navigator and the sideview mirrors are not working properly. When I try to move the mirrors left or right it does not allow me to… it just moves up and down. I have my mirror set at a particular position. When I put the car in reverse and then back into drive the mirrors are not set as they were prior to putting it in reverse. The mirrors do not stay at my desired setting which I have saved. Any ideas what could be the problem? thanks A: Had the same thing happen with both of mine. There’s a module that needs to be replaced by the dealer. I also had one of the mirror motors go bad and I replaced that one myself without any problems. Now they work perfectly.
