Light cramping randomly over the past week but no period, what could be the cause?

I normally get my period every other month around the 15-20th of each. The last time I’d gotten it was April 17. For the past week (maybe a couple days shy of), I’ve been experiencing a light cramping randomly in bouts of around 10-15 minutes. The cramping has happened probably 4 or 5 times altogether. I normally experience painful cramping within a half an hour before my period, there’s no mistaking it. My breasts are slightly tender, not to the touch as they normally are for my period/pms, but just enough to consider them so. I have been bigger on naps as well, but I’m not going to go as far as saying I never took them before. I’m definitely irritable like I would be around my period time as well. I can’t really think of anything else out of the ordinary aside from the fact that I’ve had a loss of appetite the past week as well. Normally I will have a huge appetite when I pms, but the day my period comes I lose it. Also, I’m going to assume it should be known I do have sex either dai
