Light bleeding two weeks before expected period, what is wrong?
Hello. I’m not sure how old you are, but if you are relatively new to getting your period (a year or so), it will be very common for your period to show up earlier or later than you expect. Some women never get a regular period, and many women use birth control medications to help even out their cycles. In your particular case, I wouldn’t jump to conclusions about getting pregnant. The brownish/pinkish discharge is often a result of old blood clearing from your system. After having sex, the hormone levels in your body will change, and every time you’re around that guy, your hormone levels will continue to change. These changes can alter your period time line, which is also very common. If you don’t get your period in two weeks, you can get a pregnancy test to confirm that you’re not pregnant. You may also wish to go to your doctor to get information on different methods of birth control to help regulate your cycle. Good luck!
