There are 2 methods by which your LRF can be delivered to Computer Associates TLC License Desk: through FTP or Email. To FTP your license request file use the commands below: Ftp ftp.licensedesk.ca.com enter as the userid enter as the password cd upload put close To email your license request file create email (does not require a subject) and attach the *.CAE file (as binary) to the body of the email. Do *NOT* include any extraneous information in the body of the email. The email address is tlc@licensedesk.ca.com. If your email client does not support long file names, you can rename the file to an 8.3 format. Please use only alphanumeric characters for a filename. The file extension *MUST* remain as is. The License Desk email account will only process attachments with extension of .CAE or .
