For those clients who do not have an NT machine in their network, or are otherwise unable to run the LicenseIT software, there is an alternate method of requesting an OLF. Prepare an email with the following information and send it to the TLC help address, help@licensedesk.ca.com. A licensing representative will then create the LRF on your behalf based upon the information provided.
