Lets look at Quality! Are all tapestries created equal?
No, all tapestries are not created equal ! Like carpets, tapestries vary in weave, density (thread counts per square inch), detail in design, quality of fiber content and whether the image has been computer generated )or woven on looms in the old method .Computer generated tapestries have a very limited range of colors and resolution in the detail rendering and often are only ‘readable’ in large sizes. We guarantee our quality because we only purchase directly from the top weavers in Belgium, France and Italy. We do not sell computer generated , coarse or loosely woven tapestries. Being in the tapestry business for over 20 years (in the USA & Europe) we know which quality weavers to buy from and which weavers produce the same designs in a cheaper version.
