Lets face it. How many jokes get circulated around the office, plant, store, or factory?
Some of these jokes are hilarious to some, nondescript or even offensive to others. This is not productivity. The reason people laugh is because they feel superior at that moment; hence these jokes will always be around. What a humorous presentation does, is mold the thought processes of the worker to the task involved, while bringing them from the joke level to the more creative positive mental attitudinal level.
