The School certificates can be certified by a Public Notary and apostilled by Foreign and Commonwealth Office of U.K. the Indian High Commission does not attest documents already apostilled by FCO. Please refer link http://www.hcilondon.in/counslateservice1.php section Attestation of Foreign Public Documents. For more information, we will therefore, accept original documents apostilled by FCO UK.
