Legally wise- how easy is it to invest in Bulgarian properties for foreign investors?
In relation to Bulgarian real estates the Bulgarian law is pretty welcoming to foreign investors. Basically as a foreigner you can only own a building a physical person but not a property that includes land. The only way to purchase land as a foreigner is as a juridical person, therefore you need to set up a company on which name the ownership will be transferred and by owning the company you own the property too.
