Grass clippings and leaves are to be put in brown paper “Earth Bags” an placed curbside by 7 a.m. Monday. THE BAGS ARE COLLECTED BY THE BOROUGH ON MONDAYS ONLY AND ARE NOT TO EXCEED 20 POUNDS. APRIL 1ST THRU DECEMBER 31ST ONLY. Bags can be purchased at Borough Hall for $.50 each at 120 Marshall Street, from 8:30 – 4:30 pm. Limbs and branches are to be placed curbside, parallel to the street, with cut ends facing the same direction by 7 a.m. Monday. LIMBS AND BRANCHES ARE COLLECTED BY THE BOROUGH ON THE FIRST MONDAY OF THE MONTH. Limbs and branches are no longer required to be bundled. The Borough reserves the right to refuse the collection of excessive quantities, sizes or bamboo. Please call 610-444-6020 with questions or clarifications.
