Lawn and Garden Maintenance Why doesnt the landscaping company weed my flowerbeds and shrubs?
The Vineyards is not a full maintenance community, rather it is a low maintenance community. In our low maintenance community, the landscaping company provides basic lawn mowing, trimming, and maintenance of the common areas located on or adjacent to certain properties (i.e., trimming the palms at the end of certain streets, weeding the beds around the pool or at the end of certain streets, fertilization and pest control of these common areas, etc.), as well as maintenance of the sprinkler system. Each homeowner in the Vineyards is responsible for maintaining the beds adjacent to their home, which are not considered common areas.
