• Slowly remove the paper tray from the printer. • If the paper is stuck, carefully pull it out using two hands. • If that does not solve the problem, open the door on the back of the printer and check inside for paper. Carefully remove any paper and close the door. • To reset, open and shut the door on top of the printer. If that does not work turn the printer off and on. Low Toner? • If you get a low toner message on the printer, tell Laura you need a replacement cartridge.
