Lack of energy and motivation?
This is either a mental thing, physical thing, or possibly both. You said you feel really down (mental), and lack energy (physical). Here’s some suggestions. Mental: Figure out what’s going on if you don’t already know. What do you keep focusing on? What questions do you keep asking yourself? If you ask questions like “why me?” or “what’s the use?” then that’s going to lead you to feel like crap. Focus on what’s good in your life. Physical: Could be caused by the mental drain, but if not, then look at your diet. Are you drinking enough water? Fatty foods will lessen your energy level. But I’m thinking it’s not a diet thing. So here’s something from NLP. If you’re feeling down, look at your body posture. Is it in a “down” position most of the time? If it is, start walking around like you’re excited about something. You’ll start to feel better really quick. Change how you use your body and what you focus on. Those two things combined is the biggest factor in the way you’re feeling right
