Label, ticket and PBPak orders disappear once I press the Continue button (and orders are not completed). Why does this happen and how can I complete my order?
The problem you describe will almost certainly be due to pop-up window blocking software operating on your computer. This may be due to one or more of the following reasons: • Your computer uses internet browser IE7 or IE6 Service Pack 2 (SP2). • Your browser has a Google, MSN, Yahoo or other task bar. • Your computer is operating virus protection software – like Norton or McAfee – with pop-up window blocking software included.
