Kundalini and SEX are same if not why so much information on it is given?
It is said that there are thousand ways of awakening the sleeping giant one of them is Sex. But sex in itself is not Kundalini. A person loses his sexual energy every 15 days and the process of regeneration starts from there. Kundalini Shakti is the divine energy that is the cosmos itself and nothing can be compared to the expanse of the Energy. Kundalini shakti awakens when purusha (supreme being) merges with prakriti(nature). Similarly every human being is in fact a miniscule factor of the divine energy and this energy lies dormant in the Mooladhara chakra, it awakens due to shaktipat, diksha, shock, orgasm, emotional upsurge etc.
