Open SoapMaker, and choose About SoapMaker under the Help menu. You should see the following information: • SoapMaker Pro (or Lite) ver. XX, Data ver. YY • Your Personal ID number (identifies your computer) • Your User Name • Your registration Serial Number If you are upgrading to SoapMaker 3, and your SoapMaker 2 Data version is earlier than 3.2, you will not be able to import your data into the new program unless you download and run the free database patcher available here… KnowledgeBase index Top of Page Q: I’ve owned SoapMaker for some time, but it seems to have forgotten it’s registration and says my free trial is over.
