• If the College’s portal (my Tri-C space) is offline and you need to access Blackboard, you can log into Blackboard by going to http://dlbb.tri-c.edu. • Log in using the SAME username and password you would use for my Tri-C space. • If you are not able to login using that same user name (your student ID S#) and password, then you must contact the College’s Help Desk at (216) 987-4357 or helpdesk@tri-c.edu for assistance. It may be necessary to wait until the portal is back online before they can assist you.
