Kidney infections, stomach flu, chest infections, has anyone else had this while pregnant?
I had the stomach flu and a really bad cold while I was pregnant. The flu was a 48 hour bug a month and a half into my pregnancy and the cold was about 5 months into it. The cold seemed to last forever…about 3 weeks. Other than that I had a pretty good pregnancy. I only pray next time is a good as this one was.
OMG yes. All of your energy is concentrating on growing your little baby. I was never ill before pregnancy either but check out below what happened to me. from 6 months pregnant this is what happened and in this order! Bad cold Bronchitis Scabies Flare up of eczema that spread all over by body Infected eczema Constant tooth ache due to inflamed gums around back teeth, was in agony on and off for last 3 months of pregnancy Diarrhoea caused by antibiotics that were too higher dose for me but had to take to get rid of infected eczema Piles resulting from diarrhoea because of those damn antibiotics I think that’s about it. I know how down you must feel but trust me you will be feeling normal and healthy again once that baby is out! Try drinking cranberry juice to fend off any water infections coz i drank loads and never had a water infection.
