I am on Keflex for acne, and my dermatologist also has me on Yaz for acne. My doctor who gave me the Yaz told me that after taking it for 2 months, my fiance and I wouldn’t need to use backup during sex. We are both clean and devoted to each other, but we don’t want to get pregnant.
