Just some more silly questions: How many different kinds of vinegar?
In my pantry; I have to check: White vinegar, rice wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and 15 year old balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, malt vinegar. I have a couple of glasses of white wine and red wine left over from last nights birthday dinner and they will be vinegar in about 4 or 5 days.
