I received the same – called them as I know nothing about them and there is nothing on Google about them either. I was involved in a similar betting service in the UK and it was OK. You have to buy a membership – 1 year $6,600, 2 years $8,800 – and they claim the 3 year $9,900 membership is fully subscribed. They recommend a Bank (amount available for betting) of at least $1,000 of which they can only use 10% on any one wager. This would have to be deposited in an International All Sports account – whatever that is. They claim that in the last 8 years of operation, with an initital Bank of $1,000 their Minimum return in 12 months has been $28K – tax free and maximum $38K tax free. (The government takes taxes out of the wager – not the winnings). That’s it in a nutshell – oh, and they invoice you for 5% of the profits every 3 months – as a sort of service charge.
