That’s pretty strange–and extreme. Ordinary pimples get cleaned up automatically by the body over a period of weeks to months. Now what you might have there is a follicle or whatever that replenishes itself. I have a couple; I squeeze and get something out, and will get more out in a couple months if I squeeze again, but not right away. Neither is really noticeable as a pimple though. Yes, draining it is a good thing. Your body stores up the pus to isolate it–since it’s poisonous–and clean it up later. If you can get it out directly you save your system a lot of trouble absorbing and disposing of it. I find the best thing for anything like that–things that ooze, including some bad scrapes–is to apply rubbing alcohol. That sterilizes the area, and dries it out at the same time. Repeat as necessary.

What is your question?
