No. There is an update, which can only be installed on top of OSR2, called “usbsupp.exe.” This update is also known as “OSR2.1.” It has been released to OEMs, and is also available in MSDN Professional Edition CD 1 dated November 1996. If you have OSR2 and want this update, contact the OEM you obtained OSR2 from. Microsoft requires that OEMs only distribute this patch to their own customers. If you do not have any USB devices on your system, this update will have no effect (and is easily uninstalled). This update will not install on any other version of Windows95. The application SAS/PC will not install or run on OSR2.1. The only solution is to uninstall the patch (courtesy Steven Auerbach).
