Well, He is a handsome, strong and highly creative entrepreneur who loves to satisfy people’s appetites. Jody was born in Los Angeles and grew up in the San Fernando Valley where he would often spend time working in his father Max’s gourmet butcher shop. Max would make Jody make sausages, a chore he hated. When Jody graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, he started taking charcuterie classes and incorporated his Dad’s early sausage-making lessons with those of some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s finest chefs.
