jLibrary uses Mozilla engine to display internally .html files, so strictly talking, if you do not have mozilla then you can’t open those files. But, there is a solution: Firefox! If you have installed Firefox on your linux machine, then you can configure jLibrary to use Firefox as the html rendering engine. The only thing you must do is set MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME variable to point to Firefox libraries.
