Jibbitz are small and can weigh more than a few ounces. Why does it cost more than a first-class letter to ship them?
Postage is much higher for “non-machinable” envelopes. We use only premium quality bubble envelopes and materials to ensure your Jibbitz arrive safely. The post office classifies these as packages. Also, all our packages are shipped with delivery confirmation within the U.S. We pay an extra fee for that but it helps to ensure you get your package.
