I’ve used the registration code which was sent to me by email after I’ve purchased, but can not use it to activate Cool DVD Player, why?
1.First, you need to copy and paste the registration code, it is long and it is easy to be typed wrong 2.You must pasted the “Space” or “Enter” into the registration code box when copying and pasting the registration code, therefore causing registration code error. Please register Cool DVD Player according to the following steps: (1) Enter the registration interface (2) Make sure the machine code is the one of your PC that you used to purchase ( if not that one, please tell me your new machine code) (3) Copy and paste the registration code (4) After paste the registration code, move the cursor to the left side of the registration code’s first letter, click the key of “Back space” to delete all the “Space” and “Enter”. Then move the cursor to the right side of the registration code’s last letter and click the key of “DELETE”, you’d better click it for several times.
