Ive uploaded my inventory but I am not seeing all of my listings on the site or reflected in the Store Manager, why not?
There can be a variety of reasons why listings are not uploaded to the website. If you upload your files via the Store Manager you can always check the file upload summary located on the Inventory tab in the store manager. The summary will provide explanations as to why a listing may not have been added. It will also let you know how many items were added, edited or deleted. SFTP users can log-in to their account and navigate to the “Listing_Upload_Summaries” folder within the Listings directory. There you can find summary files corresponding with each inventory upload you provided to us. These files will utilize the same type of error messages that Sellers see in the Store Manager. If you are not sure what an error message means or what needs to be fixed on your files to get your listings uploaded please contact us for further assistance.
