I’ve upgraded to V Stuff unlimited at £5 a month but I’m not getting 100 photo prints, why?

If you’ve just upgraded to V Stuff Unlimited you’ll get your 100 photos a month from the start of the next calendar month. Until then your photo allocation will remain at the level provided by your broadband package. e.g. if you’re on size L broadband and you subscribe to V Stuff unlimited, your photo credit will remain 25 until the 1st of the next month. Note: We have identified a minority of cases where customers were not getting the correct number if prints. This was fixed in early September and everyone should be getting the correct number of prints now.
