The first thing to do is make sure you have a single Ivory Items folder that contains all of the library data. Then download and install the latest 1.70 Update one more time. Also make sure that you have the latest PACE drivers from iLok.com. If you still have trouble, launch the Ivory Library Tool (located in the Ivory Items/Tools folder). Copy and paste the text output into an email and send it to support@synthogy.com.
