Most likely, there is a firewall preventing you from accessing the server from home. If you do not already have a web server running on your machine, you may want to try changing ProjectForum to run on port 80 (the standard web port) rather than port 3455 (the default). This can be done via the site administration page. If this doesn’t work, you should probably consult with your network administrator. See also the next question about proxying.
