Ive tried logging on NIMCAST and my password doesnt work. What can I do?
If you have received a temporary password you will need to log into your account within 24 hours and change your password. If it has been more than 24 hours since you received your password, you can have a new password e-mailed to you by clicking on the “Generate a new temporary password” option on the NIMCAST login page. Remember, new passwords must be at least eight characters long and must contain at least one of each of the following: lower case character (a-z); upper case character (A-Z); special character (!, @, #, $, %, etc …); and a digit (0-9).
