Modifications have been made so users can re-enable their account by using the Forgot Password link. When you click on the Forgot Password link you will be redirected to a new page. Simply enter your user id in the field provided and click on the Reset button. A random password will be sent to your email. On your next login attempt, you will be asked to change your password to something more meaningful for you. Remember, new passwords have to meet the ISB guidelines for security purposes.
