I’ve tried downloading the files, but the page loads nothing but gibberish or when I try to open the .zip file, I receive an error that it’s corrupted. What went wrong?
Some browsers will, improperly, try to read the .zip file as an HTML page and as a result it will load gibberish. Sometimes the .zip file will be downloaded, but it will not be downloaded properly and an error message will result. Instead of clicking on the download link directly, right click on the link and depending on your browser, choose the “Save Target As” or “Save Link As” from the menu. When the window prompts you for a name to save the file, make sure you finish the name with .zip and click OK to start the download process. This should allow you to fully download the .zip file without the errors.
