Ive successfully started a debug session but most of the target operations under the Target menu are grayed out. How do I get access to them?

I apparently cannot enable any site: all the "Allow" menu items are grayed out. Whats happening?

This is most likely because you closed the ‘Debug’ view (see the previous FAQ), hence CCS does not have an active debug context. Reopening the ‘Debug’ view will make those target operations available again.
