I’ve still not received a link to download Simtext?
There are a few possible reasons why you may not have received the Simtext download link: a) The WAP settings may need updating. WAP might not be set up correctly on your mobile. Please ask your mobile provider how to adjust your settings. Their contact details are in the Simtext User Guide and on the Simtext help site b) WAP Push is deactivated on your mobile. On some mobiles, WAP Push is “deactivated” by default. If WAP Push is deactivated, you won’t be able to receive any download links. (This problem occurs more frequently with certain Samsung and SonyEricsson phones.) Here’s how you can easily activate WAP-Push on your mobile • Samsung: From the main menu go to “Messages”, and then to WAP Push/Push permit. Please change the setting to “always”. • SonyEricsson: From the main menu go to “Messages”, and then to WAP Push/Push permit. Please change the setting to “always” c) Siemens:On some Siemens phones the HTTP and Java profile must be configured separately to the normal WAP setting
