Ive signed up for AVweb e-newsletters, but they don arrive at my inbox. What can I do?
If you’re not receiving e-newsletters, there are several places to investigate: • Your AVweb profile. • Your e-mail service provider or internet service provider (e.g., AOL, Earthlink, Comcast, Time-Warner Cable, AT&T, GMail, Yahoo!). • Your e-mail program (e.g., Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird). • Security programs (like anti-virus programs, anti-spyware programs, and firewalls) on your local machine that may prevent delivery of e-mail messages. We can help with the first item, but you may need to look into the other two on your own. First off, check the basics: • Log in to AVweb. • Click the My Account button () in the upper right of any page on AVweb. • Select Update E-mail Address and verify that your e-mail address is correct. • If it is, then go back to the My Account page and select Update E-mail Subscription; from there, you can check to see if you’re subscribed to the correct e-newsletters.
