I’ve signed up for an online class, but I’m having trouble logging on. School is going to start in a few days, what am I doing wrong?

Generally, the online accounts are set up the first week of school. Students will have access to their online class by the time the course begins. If you have difficulty logging on to your class once the semester has started, notify the Distance Learning Department for assistance. (916) 660-7250, or visit the Distance Learning web page.
