The Print Preview will always be in color, even when printing in grayscale. When using Canon Easy-WebPrint version 1.0 or 2.0, grayscale mode works when you use the toolbar Print and High Speed Print buttons, and the Print List Print All and High Speed Print All buttons. On some versions of Windows, printing from the Canon Easy-WebPrint menu item or the Print Preview does not use grayscale mode.
