Ive seen pictures of what comes out during a colema. What is that stuff?
A. Much of what comes out during the colemas is the psyllium husk and Bentonite mixed with the toxins that your body is eliminating. However, large strands of thick rubbery mucoid plaque and compacted feces are removed also. It is not uncommon for people to see pieces of popcorn or things eaten in childhood (i.e. Crayons, stones, plastic objects) coming out in the eliminations as the supplements dissolve the buildup of years of filth lining the intestines.
