You can, but not from me. The chemicals and phosphorus used to make the ink glow are not fully proven to be safe. Some people can get tattooed with it and be fine, others report very bad reactions after a few years. In my opinion, blacklight inks haven’t had enough time to be thoroughly tested and proven safe… I’d rather my clients not be test subjects.
