That vinyl single (33 1/3 LP) titled U.S. Male was released in 1978 on Bloomington IN label Gulcher Records. It was a collection of some early records that John made, including “Kicks” which was his first demo. Only about 2000 copies were pressed. It’s pretty hard to find and was never re-released, but you might be able to find a copy on EBay sometime.
