Ive responded on-line to the OUAC saying Ive accepted your offer, but I havent received a confirmation letter from Brock saying theyve received my acceptance. Why not?
We do not send a letter confirming that we have received your acceptance. OUAC confirms on our behalf by providing a confirmation number when you have successfully accepted our offer on-line via OUAC. YOU MUST RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AFTER ACCEPTING OUR OFFER. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG AND HAVE NOT ACCEPTED OUR OFFER. If this is the case, you must go back into your OUAC application file, and try the process of accepting again. Ensure that you hit the “Submit” button as this is the most common mistake (not hitting it). If you continue to have problems, contact the OUAC using the contact information provided on the web site.
