Ive requested a Prior Auth, but was never notified of the outcome. Why is this happening?
When faxing a Prior Auth request, please be sure to include your return fax # on the form. If a return fax # is not included on the form, the outcome will be faxed to the prescribers office rather than the pharmacy. • Im wondering if the ACS Clinical Call Center has received my faxed Prior Auth Request form.
