This only means that your Illustrator Preferences aren t set to accept AICB copies, which are crucial to ArtLibrary. Here s how you can fix this: Windows users: 1. Go to Illustrator s Edit Menu; 2. Go to Preferences; 3. Choose Files and Clipboard; 4. Enable (check) the AICB option box; 5. Click ok. Mac users: 1. Go to the Illustrator menu; 2. Go to Preferences; 3. Choose File Handling and Clipboard; 4. Enable (check) the AICB option box; 5. Click ok.
