Ive received a gift from Glitzy Secrets which isnt suitable. Can a have a refund?
Unfortunately, in the interest of the person who purchased the gift, we are can only issue a refund to the original card holder for security reasons. We are, of course, happy to exchange or issue a credit note for items* which are not suitable providing they are returned with a Gift Invoice and within 30 days of the date shown on the Gift Invoice. *Please note that we cannot accept the return of pierced earrings or jewellery sets which contain pierced earrings for health & hygiene reasons.
