Ive purchased Vlingo Plus but I no longer have the registration key to activate it. How can I get a new one?
• Try to find your original purchase confirmation email that you received from Handango shortly after you bought Vlingo Plus. That email should contain the Registration Key that you’ll need to enter into Vlingo to activate or reactivate the Vlingo Plus features. If you don’t have the purchase confirmation email, you’ll need to ask Handango to resend it to you. Here’s how: • Go to www.handango.com. • Click My Account at the top of the screen, and log in to your account. • Under Your Recent Purchases, find your Vlingo order and click View Details. This will bring up the invoice for your order. • Click Support (towards the right side of the screen, next to the price you paid). This will bring up a form you can use to request your Registration Key from Handango. In the Registration Key Request Form, fill out the appropriate fields, as follows: • When you get to the Request Reason field, select the Registration entry. • You MUST provide your BlackBerry’s PIN in the appropriate field in orde
