Ive purchased the wrong size and/or model of the Pronex. Can I exchange it for the unit I need?
If you did not purchase directly from us, you must contact the company you purchased your Pronex from. Most of our distributors will work with you on exchanges. If you purchased directly from us, we will do an exchange if the exchange of the unit is within 30 days of the purchase date at no charge. If the purchase is outside of 30 days but within 90 days, we will do an exchange with a restock fee of $25.00. No exchanges will be done outside of a 90 day purchase.
