Ive paid money online but when I log in to CSSmarload is says my balance is zero. Wheres my money?

The money you paid when you signed up has been put straight onto your eating card. It will be ready to spend once you collect your card. The balance on your webwallet only shows money that you have added yourself through the ‘Add Money’ option in CSSmartload.
