I’ve only received part of my order, wheres the rest of it?
If you’ve ordered more than one item then depending on stock levels we will dispatch the parts of your order we have at any one time. Check your emails regularly as you will receive a copy of the sales invoice for items dispatched, which if necessary will show the ‘Items remaining on your order’. If everything is available on your order then we will send it either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on its value for insurance purposes. Otherwise we will send individual items on your order First Class mail. The price you pay for postage when ordering is the price you pay, we don’t charge you extra for shipping items on your order individually. We don’t have access to your card details at any time so it’s impossible to for us to.
